We are a small business that manufacture to customer requirements. Therefore we don't hold stock of the finished product and your order will be shipped shortly after the build process and quality checks have been completed (usually within 7-10 working days). The delivery time will vary by product and workload so please ask when ordering if this is a concern for you.
Our Hand Made Products
Please be aware that all of our shrouds, silencers and adaptors are handmade in the UK to the closest tolerances using professional machinery. However, as they are all unique they may have some tolerance issues or the chosen rifle you’re fitting it to may have some machine tolerance issues itself. If after fitting correctly,you are having problems while shooting with our products or you have any other issues with our products please contact us via e-mail, phone, or on our Facebook page during our UK opening times. We will endeavour to rectify any issues to your satisfaction.
Any products upon receiving or testing that are found to be damaged will be entitled the parts being replaced with in 14 days of the shipping date at no extra cost. Any parts that are damaged through out being used or while being fitted to the rifle after the 14 days from being shipped may encounter an additional cost to be replaced.
Tuning & Servicing work
Due to the fact that most air rifles are used on a weekly basis and can have up to 1500 pellets shot through the rifle per day, all our tuning/servicing work that has been carried out on a particular rifle will have a 14 day warranty. This will cover all areas that have been worked on by ourselves and will be protected by protection seals. Any seals that have been found to be damaged or removed from the work previous carried out will NOTbe covered. An additional charge will be applied to rectify the problem area.
Shipping & Packaging within UK
All our products that are available to the UK have various shipping methods via Royal Mail that we feel give the best service and value. These being Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm. All our products are packaged correctly to avoid any damage towards the item and comply with the national regulations governing the posting of mail, ensuring no danger to the general public and keeping to the guidelines set out by UK governing law. Once items have been shipped out we are no longer liable for the condition of the product. We urge all our customers to take care when opening their package to ensure no loss or damage of parts. Any damage or loss of parts that have occurred while unboxing or fitting the product will notbe covered or replaced by us without additional cost.

Shipping & Packaging Rest Of World
All of our products that are available to the rest of the world use the Royal Mail shipping service that covers most of the countries around the world. This being Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This service has 3 zones that split up the countries aroud the world. For Zone 1 countries delivery times can vary between 5-10 working days, for Zone 2 countries delivery times can vary between 5-15 working days and for Zone 3 countries the delivery times can vary between 10-20 working days. Once the items have been shipped out we are no longer liable for to condition of the product. We urge all our international customers to take care when opening their package to ensure no loss or damage of parts. We, as a air rifle specialist, would also like to provide a guideline on to how air rifles should be packaged to prevent, in the case of rough handling, damage or loss of parts to your air rifle/air pistol.
Following these guidelines still wont guarantee that your rifle wont get damaged in transit but it does give you the best chance possible to keep your rifle/pistol safe and free from damage. Please be aware that these are only guidelines and that we accept no responsibility for any lost or damaged rifles that are sent to us via Parcel Force. In the case that your rifle has been damaged in transit, we will provide any information in the form of pictures or in writing the damage upon arrival and inspection of the rifle giving you the evidence needed to put in a clame.
